As moms we find strength and motivation to fulfill every role with a sense of perfection. In the midst of our infinite never-ending responsibilities, whether planned or unexpected, a new bundle of joy can bring about a myriad of emotions.
Infinity + One is a therapeutic women's support group for women pregnant or postpartum experiencing postpartum depression and/or anxiety. with and without formal diagnosis.
The group will meet once weekly for 6 weeks and will combine education about the Journey of motherhood, and postpartum depression and/or anxiety with a Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy approach, Mindfulness activities and various therapeutic interventions.
